Neighborhood Development Services was registered with the State Corporation Commission on June 23, 2008 as a professional corporation.  The firm was established as a professional consultancy for the purpose of providing engineering design, planning and project management services to the public and private sector across Virginia. We are proud to be headquartered in the Town of Smithfield, Virginia.
